Mixing Prints and Patterns

Check out my no-fail method for combining different prints in a Doable Duffel.

In short:

Exterior fabric: A gorgeous print (often larger-scale)
Lining fabric: Light-coloured (so I can find things inside the bag)
Interior pocket fabric: Something fun and cute that will make me smile, and coordinates (or contrasts) with the lining fabric.
Binding fabric: Small scale repeating print that coordinates with the exterior fabric, as well as the interior pocket fabric.
